Sequoia National Park can be found in southcentral California. This park contains several of the largest trees (by volume) in the entire world. It's right next to another park called King's Canyon and many pair them together in their travels.

The shipping was super fast. The color is perfect. It fits true to unisex sizing I got the XL and it’s long and oversized. For a more fitted I would normally get a large in unisex sizing but I wanted oversized. The embroidery is beautiful and high quality.

I thought the sweatshirt was super cute but MAKE SURE TO WASH BEFORE WEARING, it unfortunately stained one of my white turtle necks I was wearing underneath. I washed it and it hasn’t happened again yet

Both my mother AND partner gifted me the Sequoia sweatshirt (as it is my favorite National Park, as well as my dog's name), without knowing that the other got it for me. I was very excited to get the sweatshirt, but certainly didn't need two of the exact same one - how wasteful! I reached out to Madi, explained the situation, and asked to trade in one of the unworn, unused Sequoia sweatshirts for a different one of hers. While a refund would have been ideal, I didn't want her to lose the money from this sale, so I simply wanted to trade one in! I told her that we'd cover shipping costs both ways, as I just *really* didn't want two of the same sweatshirt! She refused, saying it would result in a profit loss for her, and offered me no solutions or solace. With the price of these sweatshirts being so high, I 100% expected high quality products AND customer service. I understand that situations like this are annoying & time consuming, but sometimes that's just what the moral choice entails. I'm a HUGE National Park fan and love these sweatshirts, so it's a true shame that Madi is not willing to prioritize her customers. I will say, the products themselves are *excellent* but a company is nothing without caring and authentic customer service </3
